Refund policy

Returns
We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase upon receipt. However, if you wish to return an item for any reason, you may do so under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. 

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 28 days.

To begin the process of a return or refund, please email hello@tickit.eu and include your reason for returning.

We strongly recommend you send your item(s) back via a tracked service as we cannot be held liable for any losses or damages during transit.
