Shipping policy
ORDERS
Orders paid before 3pm to be dispatched the same day, unless placed during seasonal periods or sale days where volumes increase, orders can take between 3-5 days to be dispatched.
Orders paid after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.
E.g. an order placed on Tuesday at 4pm will be dispatched on Wednesday and an order placed on Friday at 4pm will be dispatched on Monday.
Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Orders and payments cannot be taken over the phone.
